Our Commitment

Spot Ledger Documentation is committed to ensuring that all team members can access and use our internal knowledge hub, regardless of disability or assistive technology. We aim to meet or exceed the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

Measures We Take

  • Semantic HTML is used throughout to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • All interactive controls are keyboard-navigable with visible focus indicators.
  • Colour contrast ratios meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
  • Text can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Images and icons are accompanied by appropriate alternative text or are marked decorative.
  • Form inputs include visible labels and descriptive error messages.

Known Limitations

Some rich-text article content is authored by team members and may not always meet full accessibility standards. We encourage article authors to use clear heading structures, descriptive link text, and alt text for any images they embed.

We are actively working to address any gaps identified through user feedback and periodic accessibility audits.

Supported Assistive Technologies

We test Spot Ledger Documentation with the following combinations:

  • NVDA + Chrome on Windows
  • VoiceOver + Safari on macOS and iOS
  • TalkBack + Chrome on Android
